Vendor Registration Terms and Conditions

Our terms & conditions

  1. We will charge 10%  on your sales  to cover our cost of maintaining the site, marketing, paying of payment gateway commission on each sales and other administrative expenses.
  2. All payments via Credit Debit card / Bank direct transfer transactions will be remitted  to your account less commission 10% on sales value
  3. All cash on delivery payments transactions values 10% should be transferred to our given account number every month end.
  4. Each new product you add to your store in Multineeds marketplace will go through a review and approval process.
  5. You MUST ALWAYS make sure the products you sell in your store (via multipedes marketplace) are high in quality and reasonably priced.
  6. The product description should match the product you sell.
  7. Abide by all government rules, regulations on the product you sell.
  8. You are 100% responsible for the product you sell.
  9. We have the rights to disable the store, If  
    • Any inferior quality product sold
    • The product description does not match the product you sell
    • Any other issue that can cause damage to the credibility or reputation of multineeds
  10. We expect you manage customer complaints professionally
  11. By Registering you agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
