- We will charge 10% on your sales to cover our cost of maintaining the site, marketing, paying of payment gateway commission on each sales and other administrative expenses.
- All payments via Credit Debit card / Bank direct transfer transactions will be remitted to your account less commission 10% on sales value
- All cash on delivery payments transactions values 10% should be transferred to our given account number every month end.
- Each new product you add to your store in Multineeds marketplace will go through a review and approval process.
- You MUST ALWAYS make sure the products you sell in your store (via multipedes marketplace) are high in quality and reasonably priced.
- The product description should match the product you sell.
- Abide by all government rules, regulations on the product you sell.
- You are 100% responsible for the product you sell.
- We have the rights to disable the store, If
- Any inferior quality product sold
- The product description does not match the product you sell
- Any other issue that can cause damage to the credibility or reputation of multineeds
- We expect you manage customer complaints professionally
